The cost isn't too bad, less than the cost of Loopnet but it may have less company support than loopnet. There is also a paid level which places your properties higher. They offer a good interface and free listing service. The cost is more expensive than the competitors, but the traffic volume is higher. You have to pay to have your properties be seen. Loopnet: The main "MLS" of commercial real estate. It's like google maps and property appraiser combined. LandGlide: recommended by Daniel Duque and David Rattner. They have maps available for any market in the USA and have a patented algorithm to predict crime stats. Expensive, but worth it for acquisitions. CapIndex: The BEST crime map service I've ever used.SitesUSA: This is the demographic service we have been using for years.Reonomy: I don't have much experience with this platform, but it has been recommended to me by a number of peers. If you message me, I can put you in touch with the right person at Placer. It can also rank traffic counts among a long laundry list of things. Placer.AI uses mobile data and algorithms to tell you how many people are visiting your property(ies) any time or day of the week. Placer.AI: This company is one of the fastest growing and innovative tech firms in CRE today. It is also very usable for our landlord leasing reps. Costar: We've been customers of Costar for more than 5 years and it is an essential part of our acquisitions and tenant rep teams.Hubspot CRM: recommended by Tyler Carlson.SalesForce: The go to if you want automations, fancy features and customizable reporting. It doesn't have automations or fancy features. What I like best about is how fast the site responds, it's like using installed software, I also like the bookmarkable filters and the custom fields. It should work for leasing and sales as well. Funny name, but a super-usable platform that gets the job done without being complicated.
